DV411 Lifetime Technical Assistance. DV411 Integrated Systems are covered by a Limited Lifetime Technical Assistance.

Covered for the lifetime of the system:
• Assistance with system issues, such as hardware, OS and application failures
• All labor for in-warranty diagnosis, technical support, component replacement
• Assistance obtaining replacement parts, in- or out-of-warranty
• Up to 1 hour labor for each out-of-warranty support incident

Not covered:
• Assistance for items not purchased from us, or not integrated by us
• Technical Support that can be considered training
• Cost of out-of-warranty parts and associated expenses
• Shipping, insurance, other expenses associated with technical support
• Repeated assistance on issues covered by product manuals
• Repeated assistance with issues caused by user error
• Assistance for systems that have been significantly modified from their original state, unless the modification was advised by us in writing
