Alex Gerulaitis

Alex (formerly Alexei) left Moscow, Russia in 1990 for the United States to pursue his interests in computers, image and video processing technologies.  Alex put his degree from Moscow State University in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science to work for him n 1992 when he founded DV411.  Originally specializing in fault-tolerant servers, Alex jumped into the Digital Video industry even before the starting gun went off bringing high-end non-linear editing systems to a new level of support and integration.  Together with inimitable Bertel Schmitt, Alex co-founded DV Central and the DV-L mailing list, some of the first resources for digital filmmakers.

Alex' knowledge and expertise in this industry are widely known and respected.  A reputation that DV411 is proud to put to use through it's unsurpassed service and support.
